Download as PDF 241.030 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall consist of the commissioner of alcoholic beverage control and two (2) persons appointed by the secretary of the Public Protection Cabinet with the approval of the Governor, who shall be persons with administrative experience in the field of alcoholic beverage control and who shall serve for terms of four (4) years each. One (1) of such persons shall serve as director of the Division of Distilled Spirits, and the other shall serve as director of the Division of Malt Beverages.
