(1) (2) (3) The department shall administer statutes relating to, and regulate traffic in, alcoholic beverages, except that the collection of taxes shall be administered by the Department of Revenue. A Division of Distilled Spirits, under the supervision of the board, shall administer the laws in relation to traffic in distilled spirits and wine. A Division of Malt Beverages, under the supervision of the board, shall administer the laws in relation to traffic in malt beverages. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
