(1) (2) For any act which would justify the suspension of a license, other than a medical suspension, the authority may declare the person committing such act ineligible to receive a license for a period not to exceed one (1) year. The length of a medical suspension shall be recommended by the medical review panel and approved by a majority vote of the board. Effective: July 15, 2008 History: Amended 2008 Ky.
