The Department of Corrections shall furnish to each convict, upon the termination of his sentence, or his release by pardon or parole, a suit of serviceable clothing, suitable to the season, and transportation to a county within the borders of the Commonwealth. The transportation shall be paid by the state and shall be nontransferable. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky.
