(1) (2) The owner or occupant of land situated along a public road shall remove from the right-of-way, all obstructions, including fences and buildings, which have been placed there either by himself or by his consent. No person shall kill a tree and leave it standing within fifty (50) feet of any public road. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
