(1) (2) Any person, company, firm, corporation, association, society, or partnership, or any officer or employee thereof, who shall violate the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.410 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.410 shall be a separate violation. No note, negotiable instrument, or contract relating to payment for a course or courses of instruction shall be enforceable by any proprietary school in the courts of this state, unless said proprietary school and its agents shall have complied with the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.410.
