(1) (2) There is hereby established the fund to support education excellence in Kentucky consisting of appropriations for distribution to districts in accordance with the provisions of KRS 157.310 to 157.440. The resources of the public school fund shall be paid into the State Treasury, and shall be drawn out or appropriated only in aid of public schools as provided by statute. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. III, sec. 95, effective July 13, 1990. -Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 93, sec. 23, effective July 1, 1976.
