Download as PDF 157.150 Textbooks property of state. All textbooks purchased under the provisions of KRS 157.100 shall be the property of the state. Each superintendent shall be custodian of the books in the district. The superintendent shall issue the books to the various schools in the district according to an administrative regulation promulgated by the Kentucky Board of Education.
