The net revenue of the common school fund accruing during each school year shall constitute the sum to be distributed. No fee, discount, check, or other incidental expense shall be paid out of the distributable share of the revenue apportioned to any school district. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 377, effective July 13, 1990. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
