Formerly codified as KRS 154.29-060. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/25/2009). This is former KRS 154.29-060 as amended by 2001 Ky. Acts ch. 1, sec. 7, and renumbered by the Reviser of Statutes under KRS 7.136(1).
