The Appalachian/Kentucky Artisans Gateway Center Authority is created and established as an independent, de jure municipal corporation and political subdivision of the Commonwealth that shall be a public body corporate and politic. The authority shall develop, operate, and manage the Appalachian/Kentucky Artisans Gateway Center funded by 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 615, Part X, under the reference "Artisans Center--Berea." The authority shall be attached to the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet for administrative purposes. Effective: June 25, 2009 History: Amended 2009 Ky.
