The county board of elections shall present to the grand jury next convening subsequent to each election the names of those election officials who failed to appear and serve at the election and who had not been properly excused. Any such person may be subpoenaed and inquiry made of his absence, and if no good cause be shown, he shall be subject to prosecution. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Created 1988 Ky.
