The commissioner shall prescribe guidelines for coordination of benefits by group health insurance policies. All group health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in Kentucky after July 15, 1986, shall comply with the guidelines prescribed by the commissioner. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1295, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 433, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1986.
