The purpose of the board shall be to review, analyze, and provide oversight to the General Assembly on the benefits, administration, investments, funding, laws and administrative regulations, and legislation pertaining to the Kentucky Retirement Systems. Effective:July 1, 2013 History: Created 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 120, sec. 1, effective July 1, 2013.
