Download as PDF 304.27-250 Distribution of savings. A reciprocal insurer may from time to time return to its subscribers any unused premiums, savings or credits accruing to their accounts. Any such distribution shall not unfairly discriminate between classes of risks, or policies, or between subscribers, but this shall not prevent retrospective rating, nor distribution on a retrospective plan. Effective:June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 27, sec. 25, effective June 18, 1970.
