The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this section are delivered for filing: (1) Articles of association 40.00 (2) Amendment of articles of association 40.00 (3) Restatement of articles of association 40.00 (4) Amended restatement of articles of association 80.00 (5) Articles of dissolution for a domestic limited cooperative association 40.00 (6) Articles of merger 50.00 (7) Articles of correction 20.00 (8) Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this chapter 15.00 Effective:July 12, 2012 History: Created 2012 Ky.
