The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A for carrying out the provisions of this chapter. Administrative hearings on appeals filed pursuant to this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective:June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
