(1) (2) A person is guilty of salvia cultivation when he or she knowingly and unlawfully plants, cultivates, or harvests salvia with the intent to sell or transfer it for human consumption. Salvia cultivation is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective:April 26, 2010 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 160, sec. 3, effective April 26, 2010.
