(1) (2) The District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the issuance of hardship licenses. The county attorney shall review applications submitted to the District Court and may object to the issuance of a hardship license. Effective:July 1, 1991 History: Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
