The following individuals shall file a sworn statement of financial interests with the commission: (1) Members of the General Assembly; (2) All candidates and nominees for election to the General Assembly; and (3) Major management personnel in the legislative branch of state government, including the director, deputy directors, and assistant directors of the Legislative Research Commission. Effective: September 16, 1993 History: Created 1993 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 18, effective September 16, 1993.
