Each grain warehouseman shall, every Tuesday, post in his office a statement of the amount of each kind and grade of grain stored in his warehouse at the close of business hours of the preceding Saturday, and shall furnish daily to the registrar of warehouses for the city or county in which the warehouse is situated a statement of all grain received and delivered and all receipts issued and canceled during the day, together with any other information needed for keeping a true and faithful record of the state of the warehouse. If there is no registrar, the warehouseman shall post a statement of grain received and delivered and receipts issued and canceled during the week ending with the preceding Saturday.
