Download as PDF 359.110 Effect of delay in delivering grain. (1) (2) No warehouseman shall charge for the storage of grain after demand has been made for it. For any delay in delivery beyond the time required by due diligence, care and prudence, the warehouseman shall be liable for damages, which, at the option of the party injured, may be assessed at one cent ($0.01) per bushel for every day of failure to deliver.
