359.100 Receipt of grain for storage.

Every grain warehouseman shall receive for storage all grain tendered to him, unless there is not sufficient room to store the grain properly or the warehouse is necessarily closed, and shall not discriminate between persons in the receipt of grain. The warehouseman shall cause all grain received to be inspected and graded by an authorized inspector. All grain shall be stored with other grain of similar grade received at the same time, except that if the owner or consignee so requests his grain may be kept by itself in a separate bin, and the warehouse receipt for grain so kept shall state on its face that the grain is in a separate bin.
