(1) (2) No inspector, weigher or registrar appointed under KRS 359.070 shall neglect his duty, or knowingly or carelessly inspect or grade any grain improperly, or accept any money or other consideration for any neglect of duty or for improperly performing any duty. No person shall improperly influence any such inspector, weigher or registrar in the performance of his duties. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 188, sec. 279, effective July 15, 1980. -Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4796.
