Each person to whom a grain warehouseman's license is issued shall file in the office of the county clerk a bond with good sureties approved by the court, the bond to be conditioned for the faithful performance of his duty as a public grain warehouseman and his compliance with the laws relating thereto. Action may be brought on the bond by any person injured by a violation of its conditions. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
