As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "Grain warehouse" includes public grain warehouses, granaries and elevators at which grain is stored, inspected, classified or sold. (2) "Receipt" means warehouse receipt. (3) "Warehouseman" means any person who receives any commodity or property in store, or undertakes to receive and take care of any commodity or property, with or without compensation.
