Download as PDF 338.191 Civil and criminal actions for violations brought by Attorney General. It shall be the duty of the Attorney General, upon request of the commissioner, to bring all necessary civil or criminal actions for violations of the provisions of this chapter and to obtain injunctions against any person violating or threatening to violate any provisions of this chapter. The Attorney General may appoint special counsel to prosecute these claims. In the event special counsel is secured, all costs will be borne by the Labor Cabinet.
