Acts ch. 132, sec. 1, effective June 19, 1958. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. secs. 1599c-4, 1599c-22, 1599c-27, 1599c-39. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was repealed by Acts 1972, ch. 251, § 22, and amended by Acts 1972, ch. 326, § 1. The total purpose of the two acts appears to be served by repeal of this section and replacement with KRS 338.015, and the acts have been compiled accordingly.
