332.212 Hearing -- Appeal.

Any person whose license to conduct a driver training school or act as a driver training instructor has been suspended or revoked, or whose application for issue or renewal of a license is refused, may request a hearing. The hearing request shall be in writing addressed to the commissioner who shall conduct a hearing thereon as soon as possible. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Any person may appeal from the final order of the commissioner in the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: March 31, 2003 History: Created 2003 Ky.
