If, in the determination by the board, another state is deemed to have substantially equivalent certification or licensure requirements for real estate appraisers, an applicant who is certified or licensed under the laws of another state may obtain a certificate as a state certified real estate appraiser in this state upon terms and conditions determined by the board. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 383, sec. 14, effective July 13, 1990.
