(1) (2) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Any person who violates any administrative regulation lawfully adopted by the board under the authority contained in this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 or imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than three (3) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
