Any person who fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter, any administrative regulations promulgated under this chapter, or any valid order of the board shall be fined a reasonable amount as determined by the board through the promulgation of administrative regulations. Each day of violation or noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Created 2012 Ky. Acts ch. 50, sec. 19, effective July 12, 2012.
