All license fees and all other fees collected under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the department in defraying the expense of enforcing the provisions of this chapter and in conjunction with other funds made available for the enforcement of the provisions outlined in KRS Chapter 257. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 11, effective June 17, 1954.
