The owner or operator of each stockyard or buying station shall file with the department, at the beginning of each month, a sworn statement showing the exact number of livestock received and sold at that stockyard or buying station during the preceding month. The statements shall be made on forms furnished by the department. Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Amended 2012 Ky. Acts ch. 28, sec. 3, effective July 12, 2012. -- Created 1954 Ky.
