(1) (2) No person shall knowingly discard or store any pesticide or pesticide containers in such a manner as to cause injury to humans, vegetation, crops, livestock, wildlife, pollinating insects or to pollute any waterway in a way harmful to any wildlife therein. No person shall purchase, use or supervise the use of, a restricted use pesticide unless such person be certified in a classification which permits such purchase, use or supervision of use. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 81, sec. 12, effective June 17, 1978.
