The department shall after denying an application for a license, if petitioned by the applicant within ten (10) days of notification, schedule a hearing before the Pest Control Advisory Board. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 318, sec. 126, effective July 15, 1996. -- Created 1978 Ky.
