(1) (2) (3) No person shall engage in the business of applying pesticides to the lands of another within this state at any time without a pesticide operator's license issued by the department. The department shall require an annual fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for each pesticide operator's license issued. No license shall be issued unless the applicant holds a valid certification within this category. No license shall be issued unless the applicant is registered as a dealer or is employed by a person who is registered as a dealer. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Amended 2000 Ky.
