452.560 Injury in one county, death in another. Where an injury is inflicted or poison is administered in one county and death ensues in another, the trial for the homicide may be in either county. History: Reenacted 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 234, sec. 40. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1147. Formerly codified as KRS 431.050.
