452.510 Criminal prosecutions. Unless otherwise provided by law, the venue of criminal prosecutions and penal actions is in the county or city in which the offense was committed. History: Reenacted 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 234, sec. 32. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1145. Formerly codified as KRS 431.010.
