452.500 Removal of defendant after commencement of action. If, after the commencement of an action in the county of the defendant's residence, he move therefrom, the service of a summons upon him in any other county shall have the same effect as if it had been made in the county from which he moved. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 82.
