452.440 Where action upon return of "no property found" to be brought. An action upon a return of no property found, pursuant to subsection (1) of KRS 426.381, must be brought in the county in which the judgment is rendered, or in which the defendant resides or is summoned. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 70.
