452.430 Where action against Kentucky Board of Education must be brought. An action against the Kentucky Board of Education, of this state, must be brought in the county that includes the seat of government. History: Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 361, sec. 17. -- Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 68.
