452.410 Where action concerning will must be brought. A proceeding to establish, or an action to set aside, a will must be brought in the county in which the will, if valid, ought, according to law, to be recorded. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 64.
