364.090 Branding of timber. (1) (2) The owner, in using his brand, shall cause it to be plainly stamped or otherwise impressed upon each separate piece of timber intended to be branded. No person shall fraudulently place any brand on timber not his own. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky.
