362.2-301 Admission of limited partner. A person becomes a limited partner: (1) As provided in the partnership agreement; (2) As the result of a merger or conversion under KRS 362.2-1101 to 362.2-1113; or (3) With the consent of all the partners. Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 115, effective July 12, 2006.
