335.550 Appeal of disciplinary action. Any party aggrieved by a disciplinary action of the board may bring an action in Franklin Circuit Court pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 364, sec. 11, effective July 15, 1996.
