311.665 Legislative intent for use of automated external defibrillators. It is the intent of the legislature that an automated external defibrillator may be used for the purpose of saving the life of another person in cardiac arrest when used in accordance with the provisions of KRS 311.667. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 16, sec. 1, effective July 14, 2000.
