304.99-125 Penalty for violation of KRS 304.14-135. Any person violating KRS 304.14-135 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars (0) for each offense. Each claim that is required by the insurer to be submitted on a form which is found in violation of KRS 304.14-135 shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: June 8, 1993 History: Created 1993 (2d Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 2, sec. 30, effective June 8, 1993.
