304.29-321 Injunction. No application or petition for injunction against any domestic, foreign, or alien society, or lodge thereof, shall be recognized in any court of this state unless made by the Attorney General upon request of the commissioner. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1403, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 310, sec. 32, effective January 1, 1989.
