304.15-725 KRS 304.15-020 and KRS 304.15-700 to 304.15-720 subject to Subtitle 12 of this chapter. The activities regulated by KRS 304.15-020 and KRS 304.15-700 to 304.15-720 shall be deemed the business of insurance and subject to Subtitle 12 of this chapter.
